KLMN Readers Service, Inc & Stephen Williford ID #9397 My wife ordered what may be 2 magazines, titles & Quantities not clear on order form for $320.00 Chesapeake, Virginia

My wife who has a severe TBI was visited by a KLMN, Inc. Rep named Stephen Williford ID #9397. I did not know she ordered magazines. I think she ordered 2 magazines @ 30 issues each but the order form is incomplete and not legible one magazine apears to be a crochet magazine @ 30 issues for $160.00 The other magazine appears to be a craft & loom with no quantity listed for $150.00.
I think the actual heading appears to be Quick & Easy Crochet, 30 issues @ $160.00 and Craft & hoon proxy or roxy (not legible), # of issues in wrong location for $150.00 P&H @ $10.00for a total of $320.00. The writing is in the reps hand as my wifes hand has changed & I do not recognize the hand.

It clearly states on the Statement #k24939 that it takes 120 days for the first issue to arrive. As my wifes caregiver I was not there to look this company up online and my wife does not remember when she gets burned due to her injury. I would appreciate any feedback on this company or rep as I intend to investigate further. It took me 30 seconds of online research to find neg feedback on this company. If you know of State Attourney Generals, BBB, or reporting agencies who have sought action against this company, please let me know as I am quite busy as a caregiver. I do know that no neg reporting shows in MO.
