How ironic that this company's address is Crooked Hill Road.
We hired Klock Entertainment and paid them $8000 in advance for simple staging services for our son's wedding. Despite the fact the we went over with them 100 times exactly what we wanted they came unprepared, failed to set up the staging as promised, failed to do what they were supposed to do, and created an embarrassment in the middle of the most important parts of the wedding. Klock Entertainment was an epic failure. They're totally incompetant.
And what made it all worse was when we reached out to them afterwards to express our disappointment they responded in an offensive and insulting way--they were totally unprofessional.
Stay away from this company. They're great at sales and marketing; but they don't deliver anywhere close to as promised.

I regret making the above post. Klock Entertainment ended up handling this in away that satisfied me.
