My vehicle won't start, so I tolled it to their shop. They stated that the problem with the engine sensor, which needs to be changed. Than, they called me that it is ready, but I told them also to change the oil. However, they said that they will change it tomorrow but today they want me to pay for that sensor, so when I came they charged me $400 in cash (for which they stated that they will give me receipt next time) and $220 on my debit card. I left the vehicle with them for another day so they will change the oil and asked them to give me estimate on the windows problems. When I came next time they stated that I own them another $800 for the oil and for the time that they look at the windows. I stated that they can charge me only for oil but not for something that they were supposed to give price on. I also, asked them to provide me with the receipts on the sensor and etc. so I could see how much the part costs, but they stated that they cannot find it right now. They stated that they will not give me my vehicle until I'll pay them what they asking. I had no choice as only to pay so I could take my vehicle. When I gave them $600 from my debit card and rest of $ in cash, I asked them to give me receipt on the cash money and as they promised for the previous $400 cash also. They stated that they not giving out receipts on the cash money. I drove my vehicle home and parked it. Next morning it won't start. When I called them and told them that my vehicle is not starting again even though they said that they fixed it (changed the sensor), they said that it's not their fault. I said that they should give me refund since the vehicle is not working or fix it. They stated that they don't give refunds and will not fix it for free. Another expert auto-mechanic had looked at my vehicle and stated that nothing had been touched and none of the parts that should be changed were changed.
