KLW CONSULTING, Inc Came out and estimated job, gave distribution of job he would do, took deposit, waited on permit, received permit then became unavailable for last 7 months. Have had many promises to complete without results. Will not return phone calls or text messages. Still no deck . Have asked for refund and or completion of deck without result after 7 months. SCAM ARTIST! Beware,! Tampa Florida

 Found KLW, Consulting from Thumbtack. Great reviews . So called for estimate for deck. Prompt response. Paul came and was great, helped us to decide deck we wanted. We live in condo association so needed approval and then a permit. Deposit made to obtain permit-$1500.00. Permit obtained. Then the waiting game began. Paul was quick to obtain a $3000.00 deposit for supplies. Both checks were obtained on his way to Vermont to visit his children. Since then our old deck was torn down and left in a pile in our back area. Paul actually came and cleaned up mess after 2 or so weeks. Nothing has been done since then. Numerous text and phone calls. Paul has promised return phone call but had not followed through. Also have attempted to reach Kalvin, but have had no answer from Kalvin, company owner, which normally voice mail is full (but have found times that have been able to leave message) with no response. Via phone message, which neither Kalvin or Paul has answered , Feel like "have been scammed ". Have waited 7 months for 16' x28' deck that was said to be a 2 day project by Paul.
