KMS Investigations ripoff Orange California

In response to Toby (Kevin Sianez), his office WAS in Orange, California. I spoke to another victim and he went into KMS's office in Orange County, California and SPOKE DIRECTLY TO KEVIN SIANEZ, a.k.a. Toby. So my facts are straight. I think your lies are growing and growing and you can't keep up with them. If you're in Alabama you better change your website with the address of Orange County to Alabama.

From time to time I read through various complaints in rip off report as I hear alot of pros and cons about this site.

I often notice that companies responding to complaints are forbidden from providing identification factors connected to the persons identity or location that filed the complaint agaisnt them.

HOWEVER, like in this case, I see this Nancy lady listing complete names and supposed other names the "owner goes by" and phone numbers and adddresses?

Why does this site allow all this information which is in turn not allowed to be posted in the companies response about the personal idetity of the complaintant by last name, address and phone number? I would assume I am not the only person that has recognized this practice and probably wonders themselves?

Its not fair and balanced at all and slants towards the person making the complaint

We were under no obligation to offer free services for her but we sympathized with her dilema.

Other competitors ask us why we donate work for free to our clients, stating they dont appreciate it. We press on with charity pro bono work and this is an example of why this might be something to be reconsidered
