Knapp College of Business/salie mae Sallie mae Salliemae student loan of $5000.00, now over $26,000.00 I owe Tacoma Washington

I was attending Knapp College of Business to become a computer programmer. I was excited to get the knowledge of computer languages and to be able to write a program that would not only have me benefit from it, but possible others. I had just given birth to my daughter in 1984 and started college the following year to further my education and financially support myself and family. I had been attending night classes at the campus located at 1001 N. I st, Tacoma, WA. and I walked there because I had no car thru the bad neighborhood with violence and gang activity for almost a year. I wanted to have a career and become somebody with a decient income. I qualified for a Government Grant Student Loan thru Sallie Mae, a loan company supported by Knapp College. My original loan was for $5,000.00, which covered my 2 years of college and training, books and accessories and a guarenteed placement program after my 2 years when i aquired my computer programmer degree, with that being documented-Microsoft was the number one recruiter for Knapp College. I had just paid for my final quarter of schooling, and all set to graduate with a major degree. The following night there was no school, like poof--gone, the college no longer existed and they had shut the doors. Still showing in the computers at Sallie mae that i was still attending as a full-time student, i was responsible to again pay for my last quarter because it showed i had not paid yet, and i had to repay for sallie mae to issue me my computer programming degree with the job placement program and my first payment to them for the loan was due within 30days, not after the 1 year i was told to start paying on the loan.

They ripped me off-and knowing that Knapp College had done to their students badly, sallie mae told me that i was not going to get any degree and needed to have me pay them back with 30 days. sallie mae told me that no employee of theres would have told me to again resubmit final quarter payment and i would get my degree with job placement.

So having had no career, no job and having both companies mess with furthering my education to better my life, i was unable to make their 30 day first installment due dead line after being told i had 1 year. Then while i was keeping in contact with them on making payment arrangements from help from my grandpa, sallie mae sold my loan to another company. Thinking my credit will still be good, i went to make the payment on the day i was scheduled to and that is when i found out someone bought my loan.....being bought out two more times and having forbearance and financial hardship throughout my life because of all that had happened from knapp and sallie mae.... i now owe over 27,000.00 dollars, which contributed to a major part of my health issues. i have called and tried to have the companies work with me, i have scrapped to make the monthly 175.00-350.00 monthly payments since 1985. i have paid for this loan over and over and over, but the finance loan company keep taking, garnishments and income taxes.  

Please have sallie mae stop this, not for just me but other schoolmates too. This is unconstitutional towards furthering education and fraud.
