I would like to inform you that Company: KnCMiner, Address: Birger Jarlsgatan 33, 5tr
111 45 Stockholm, Sweden, Org number: 55691-9725 is not returning the Customer's money for more then 70 days.
I've ordered hardware from KnC on 27th December 2013. The order was confirmed on 17 January 2014.
Due to lack of product and failed to deliver the unit in time. There was an option to cancel the refunds prior to the shipment. I've chosen to cancel the order. The KnC has acknowledged the cancellation of order on 22 April 2014 and promised to refund within 14 days.
The company is not refusing to pay but at the same time they are not returning the money.
You could check the web site's forum, on Accounts section, there are more then 25 users begging to return their money for more then 90 days but KnC is giving only excuses all the time but not returning the money.

I am living in Czech republic since 2007, have a permanent resident of EU. I have never seen any company doing this kind of bad practices and utter mismanagement before. I always had a very clear and honest view of company in EU. I have given all my saving to the KnC, I am in very deep financial crises now. I am a middle class, ordinary man, have a family and kid (9 years of age) living with me in Czech republic.
I am feeling like being cheated by the company and they are dictating their terms & condition.
We will be really thankful to you if you could please help us to sort out the matter
