I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO GET THE FRANK BELTRAME KNIFE THAT WAS NOT SHIPPED WITH THIS ORDER (159103). I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS. I HAVE ALSO LEFT NUMEROUS PHONE MESSAGES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REPLIED TO, ALONG WITH A COUPLE OF PHONE CALLS THAT I ACTUALLY GOT TO SPEAK TO "GESELLE". OUR LAST CONVERSATION WAS BY PHONE ON 09-23-09. GESELLE ASSURED ME THAT THE KNIFE WAS IN STOCK AND WAS BEING SENT TO ME THAT VERY AFTERNOON AND I WOULD BE RECEIVING IT SOON. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE KNIFE OR ANY NOTICE OF IT BEING SHIPPED.

IT IS NOW 10-12-09 & I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE KNIFE I ORDERED. I PLACED THE ORDER ORIGINALLY ON 08-05-09 & HAVE BEEN PLAYING THIS GAME OF "IT HAS BEEN MAILED" & NEVER RECEIVING IT SINCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

I BELIEVE THAT I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT IN THIS MATTER. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE DISREGARD I HAVE FELT ABOUT THIS KNIFE. I ORDERED THIS KNIFE FOR A LOCAL "POLICE OFFICER" AND HAVE UPDATED HIM EVERY TIME I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO MAKE CONTACT AND THE RESULT OF EACH ATTEMPT. IT IS AT HIS REQUEST THAT THIS BE MY LAST ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU ABOUT THIS MATTER.

I'D LIKE TO HAVE A REFUND OF MY MONEY AT THIS POINT & BE DONE WITH THIS NIGHTMARE!
