Knockout Vending llc. is not with the FTC as they claim. I contacted the FTC. The FTC said anyone can have on file a FTC disclosure, but that doesn't mean their with the FTC. 2nd this comapny is not with the better business bureau. They have people on their website ( so called- success stories) which they probably do. I can guaranteed you theres many horrible stories also we do not know about. So, anyway they never sent me a disclosure document in which they FTC says they have to 10 days before they accept my check. Then they started asking me to send them a copy of my ID. I said no, they said we cant sent your machine out. They claim its part of FTC rules. FTC said no it wasn't, I called them. Then Vince on of the owners ask me for my social security number, 2nd RED FLAG, I said I want my money back. I called the FTC and they said it my be a scam, they shouldnt be asking me for my ID. Do not let the pretty brochures and fancy sells men get yall. FinD a company thats with the BBB. Stay away from this company. I threaten to contact FTC, if I didnt get my $4200. Micharl and Vince are all scammers. Probably want my info. to commit fraud under my name, but it didnt work. Knockout Vending is a scam. Dont send a copy of your ID to them. Check with FTC, it is not require that they have your ID on file. ITS A SCAM TO GET YOUR IDENTITY. STAY AWAY.

I am the individual who posted all the complaints about knockout vending. Heres the story. I purchased a machine and was requested to sent copies of my id with check. At the time, I didn't understand why, but it was for indenity proof. Now, I understand why knockout vending wanted to see a copy of my id, along with my check. So, out of anger, I came onto and posted comments. Knockout vending is a great company and anyone looking to do business with them, I would recommend them. I took things too far. I admit I was wrong. Im posted of this message to CLEAR UP EVERYTHING. Please disregards all my nasty comments I posted up about knockout vending comany. They did nothing wrong. It was all a misunderstanding on my part. Chris,Vince and Micheal are all good guys. I misunderstood, why they wanted to see my id along with the check I sent and got upset because they refuse to send my machine and I took things alittle to far, and Im posting this last comment up to clear it all up. I will in the future hopefully buy from them again if I choose to venture in that kind of business. Knockout Vending is a honest and great company. Thank You.

First you guys respond by saying it was a credit card transaction. Now, you return my check. Which is it.( CHECK OR CREDIT CARD). That check you send me better go through to my bank. If it dont, the better business bureau, FTC, and the attorney general, will get a phone and get records of all mailing dates and a copy of my cashiers check receipt. Im not upset. (DONT LIE ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN). If I paid by cash, would you still want to see ID. Because Im black, Im not suppose to have money to buy a machine, you need to do a backgound check like Im a criminal. FTC said dont give you my ID or social, don't need to show ID, if its not a credit transaction. I didnt know knockout scammers, was above the FTC. I have to much money in the bank to be mad. Im bless. Im with game box group vending now, Im happy and life is good. Just PRAY my check go through that knockout vending returned. Good luck with your business or whatever you want to call what your doing.

Knockout Vending wishes you the best of luck, Troy. Good luck with any business venture you get involved in. But please be aware, the next time you need to prove your identity, please practice some restraint, because your behavior has been embarrassing and unprofessional throughout not only the transaction with us, but on the internet as well. What more do you want? You outright refused to prove your identity, so we overnighted a refund check back to you. No harm done. Why you remain so bitter and discontent is a mystery. You lost nothing in the process, except your cool. And for the record, posting a fake response under a different name -- was that necessary? You weren't happy, you got your money back, no harm done. There's much life left to enjoy, Troy. Relax and enjoy it, and take care!

#5 Consumer Suggestion

Theres better companies out there

AUTHOR: Greg Essay - (U.S.A.)

I heard about the knockout vending company. I herad the machines don't hold up well and the locations they get you are not sometimes all ways good. My suggestion to you sir is whenever you doing business with a company, pick a company thats with the better business bureau. Im in the vending business, and I never seen a company that asks for a photo of your id, if your paying in cash or cashiers check. So, you should be careful. Knockout vending sounds shady to me. I wouldn't go with knockout vending, becaues I have a friend that has had bad expierence with them and was not happy. Plus he said the locator got him a lousy spot and charge him like $300-$400 dollars. But, If they do not give you your refund back leave a message on here. I know lawyers that go after companies like that. And believe me, you will get your money back. So, if a companies asks for your social security no. and a photo ID and your paying by cash or check, they shouldn'y and something is very wrong. I pay all the time with cashiers check and never been ask to show photo id. I own 20 vending machines. So, stay way from companies like knockout vending, and look up vending compaines under the better business bureau. Good Luck, sir and sorry about the troubles your having with knockout vending. I already know, they are bad new and their machines arent worth $1. I hear the dollar bill selector is always failing and their punch beg is always breaking. So, glad, im in the soda vending business.

Let me say this, knockout vending , VINCE, MICHEAL & CHRIS , since you wanna say names. Yea ,Vince did ask me to give hime my social security number. Liar. I paid by cashiers check, as good as cash. The FTC , says I dont need to give you guys my id copy, unless its a credit transacation. WIAT, Didnt you say I paid by credit card, Well, if you anyone go to the, Typr in knockout ending, ( They said I paid by check) LIARS LIARS LAIRS.,Get you stories correct. I just bought a machine from game box group, All went well. They didnt ask me for any Id. Hmmmm. Wait, Didnt knockout vending say the disclosure paper I got was before my check I sent. Well, LIARS LIARS LIARS, I have the mailing package in which the disclosures have the date. Its a later date than the check I sent, Remember the check was being tracked by mail, signature released. The dates dont match up with what knockout scammers are saying. If I paid in cash, do you need ID, well its the same rule with a cashiers check. Credit card is a differnt story. KNOCKOUT VENDING, NOTHING BUT A ID CROOKS ASKING FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFO. FTC, said dont give it to them. Hey, knockout scammers, do I need to show the dates to the FTC, on when you guys signed for my check and the date onthe package that the discloures papers show. DO WE REALLY NEED TO GOT THERE. BECAUSE I WILL SHOW THEM. TEST ME. You guys broke the law, then Vince tried to get my social security number, WHY, I DONT KNOW??? Game box group is a better company, They offer free shipping, better quality machines and better support. They also give you free spear parts with your machine. WOW, and they dont ask for your social security number and Id photo, By the way if my check dont clear that you sent me, I mailing the FTC, copies of the tracking records of the dates when my check got to your office and, the mailing package of the disclosure papers you sent me 1 week later that has the date on it. Im just waiting. Leave any more messages on here lying, I will mail FTC these proof of mailing dates and tracking records. I really dont care. You fooling with the wrong one. Mike, Vince, Chris, Michelle. Yall wont be around to long. I hear knockout vending machine are crappy, and 1 of your customers told me that. GAME GROUP BOX IS THE WAY TO EVERYONE, FREE SHIPPING. UUdduuuh. Cant remember guess. I can. Then Vince ask me for my Social security number. Do you think Im dum. Like I was going to give you that. Why arent you guys with the BBB. HHmmmmmmmm. Only if I was using a credit card or making playment plans would I have to show you ID. cASHIERS CHECK is as good as cash. My check went through, but you dummies want try to get more personal info. It didnt work. Now, guess, what. Game Box Group iswho Im dealing with now. FREE DELIVERY, BETTER WARRANTIES ON MACHINES, AND BETTER MACHINES. GUESS WHAT, I DON'T HAVE TO PAY $400 ( ANOTHER RIP OFF ) TO A LOCATOR TO DO WHAT I CAN DO ON MY OWN. I ALREADY HAVE TWO LOCATIONS. ONE LAST THING, MY RETURN CHECK BETTER CLEAR. FTC will be on your BEHIND, oh and you didnt send me the FTC disclosure papers to after I send you guys my check. The date on the mailing envelope show the date which I have and I have copies of the date when the check was mailed out. I have copies of that to. You guys broke the law. Keep running your mouths, I will flood the internet about KNOCKOUT VENDING IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY. Game box group, feasterville,pa is way better, their honest and have better quality machines. Troy -- Let's Be Serious here

AUTHOR: Knockout Vending - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, July 10, 2009

Steal your identity? Sir, You ran a $4200 transaction on a credit card, and you couldn't prove to us that it was your credit card that was being processed. For all we know, your name isn't even Troy! You could have easily stolen that credit card, and were trying to cash, without having to prove your identity. In fact, from your outright refusal to submit ANY form of a picture ID, it seems as if that was exactly the case. We've sold hundreds of Boxer Machines since Knockout Vending began, and we have yet to receive one complaint from a simple Credit Card Authorization procedure. You're the first, which leads me to believe.

Please keep in mind that if you were to have purchased a Machine fraudulently, we would have had a major issue on our hands. It's our job to see to it that all Credit Card transactions are validated through a simple ID submission.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you claimed to "not have a drivers license", and you also said, "I'm not working right now so I don't need an ID". If we would have known that prior to the transaction, we never would have sold you a machine to begin with.

Again, not a single client of our has ever had an issue with a simple card Credit Card authorization. The notion of Knockout committing Identity theft is downright comical. Not only did we NOT ask for your Social Security number, but we also asked you to provide ANY picture ID -- didn't even have to be a Drivers License.

Good luck in the future with any purchase over $4,000 without having to provide some proof of identity.
