KN (Knowledge Networks) conducts online market research surveys for which members are paid in points which add up and eventually you get a check. Some time ago they sent an email asking if I would agree to a telephone interview for which they promised 20,000 points (which would convert to $20). I said yes; got a phone call, completed the survey and was told the points would be in my account by the end of the day. That was Feb 15.
Never got the points. I have emailed them several times and the replies I get make no sense and sound like they are written by people for whom English is a 2nd language. They keep saying they will let me know when the problem is corrected, but each time I remind them this is what I get " Thank you for writing in to us. Kindly be informed that we have escalated your below concerne to our incentives team internally. We will revert to you once we have received response from that team."
I want what I was promised.
