Allen Deary, who is the Chief Operating Officer of KnowledgeVision Systems located in Massachusetts, sells software to customers he knows does not work! It should not be a surpise, since Allen Deary was prosecuted by the Securities & Exchange Commission for fraud. Here is a link to the SEC case against Allen Deary:

KnowledgeVision customers reported, on multiple occasions, that a recent software product was simply not working as advertised. Despite this information, Allen Deary, along with Michael Kolowich (the CEO) and Jeff Cooper (the CFO) continued to allow the product to be submitted and accepted payments for software services they knew were flawed and did not perform as promised to customers. These events occurred in 2014.
