i bought a car from knox budget and i fill as a young adult i was taken advantage of. to start things off i went in with no idea what i was doing but it was winter time and i needed a car. the salesmen approached me and we started talking about how i was a first time buyer and wasnt really sure of how buying a car worked. he reassured me i would be taken care of with no worries. so we started looking at cars and i found the one i wanted .hes started saying yea we can get you that one lets go get this started.
well not long after that he told me we cant get you that one but i have the car for yu plus he told me that car has been wrecked so he showed me another one it was nice but wasnt what i wanted. he again was like no worries you get this car and come back in 6m and we will get you the car yu want. i was like really sounds good to me being a first time buyer start out small and get bigger right. well i wish i would of known better ......
went in got everything set up and was ready to sign another man started going over the paper work which he was going very fast threw and he didn't really go into all the details. he was just like sign here and i didnt know any better so i did bout the dumbest thing ive ever did. because little did i know the car i was buying was priced much higher then the other car i had picked out and the car i have was priced for way more than its worth. my total price is just under 24,000 and my car is only worth may be 9,000 based off Kelly blue-book .so after all that i waited a while before i whent back to try to get a car the better fits me and they again tryed to put me in a car i didn't want. i pointed out the one i wanted the salesmen told me i would have to go to a bank and see what they could do to help me. so the salesmen basically blew me off and told me i had to set it up with the bank. isnt that what the dealer does and that's not even the worst part.
a couple of weeks ago my car just about got me killed. i was driving down the interstate and my car just shut off after i had turned my cold air off . i was doing 60mph so at that speed bad things could of happen. i kept control and slowed down and let the car sit. after about an hour i started driving again with the air off it was doing fine.well on my way back home i had my cruse set. about 10mins after i set it my car just took off and i couldnt get the cruse control to turn off. i had to hit the area where the button is located to get it to shut off so 2 times in one trip something happened ...so to me the car was a no go .so after that i havent drove my car .. i tryed to contact the salesmen and no answer ...and i dont have the time to stop in the store ....and get blown off again so i whent to another dealer and was told theres nothing they can do to get out of this car. so im stuck with a car im paying for and cant drive....
so as young adults becareful .dont get stuck like i did. mainly young soldiers because they may say yu can trust them with no worries but its not true ..and im not saying every person that walks in there gets a bad deal .just make sure you take somebody thats bought a car and knows a good deal from a bad deal so that you dont get taken advantage of.

We Strive For 100% Satisfaction

As a representative of the Knox Budget Management team let me start by saying I apologize for your inconvience and negative feelings towards our Business. We strive to keep 100 % satisfaction, but unfortunately in the customer service business, especially when $$ is involved, it is very difficult to please everyone. I assure you that no intentional "bad business" was or is ever intended here at our Store. We try to please everyone and assist in their automotive needs, but in the day of credit scores, banking, and obtaining loans, not everyone gets the vehicle of their dreams. I can assure you that you did not buy a car here for $24000.00 that is only worth $9000.00. We offer free appraisals and even have a vehicle purchasing program if you want to see the value of your car. As far as the mechanical issues you are having with your vehicle, I'm sorry. When it comes to mechanical items they do break. We inspect all of our vehicles and provide multiple forms of extended warranties on all vehicles sold. I have never been informed of any customer that had the problems you listed and would gladly help assist getting them resolved. We are only .5 miles from Ft Knox so Im sure you can find time to bring your vehicle to me to address your problems. We hide nothing and this is my/our public apology for your bad experience and assure you that when you revisit our location in Muldraugh that I (Nick Bratcher) will take care of all your needs myself. Please do not hesitate to pick up the phone or stop in to see me.

You Said It!

Perhaps a better place for your money would be to pay for a tutor to teach you grammar, sentence structure, spelling and writing. Also get rid of this STUPID use of the word "LIKE". Of course, if you want to continue to sound as if you were an uneducated, 14 year old, just keep doing what you're doing. As far as how to buy a car, there's way too much to cover there. But you walked in and told them to "defraud me" when you told them you didn't know what you were doing.
