KO Records K-O Records Ripped Off To The Tune Of $7,000. DO NOT USE KO RECORDS, YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!, Internet

I placed an order for a quantity of soundtracks and albums with KO records, who operate under www.k-ocd.com. My order was placed at the beginning of January. 

I had previously dealt with KO records around a year to a year and a half prior to this transaction.  Because of the previous dealings, I had quite a lot of trust for this company. 

The representative of the company whom I corresponded with called himself "Stephen Chong" and promptly sent me an up to date album list which I chose my order from.  After sending him my order, he reported back explaining which items I had ordered which were currently not in stock, and gave me a price for the items which were in stock.  He also advised that due to the upcoming Chinese new year, we would need to complete the order and payment to get the items sent before celebrations began. 

He requested that I send a copy of the payment to him once it had been completed and he would ship the order.  Once payment was completed, I sent him a copy of the completed payment via email.  I received one email correspondence after this asking me how i would like the consignment despatched, which i replied to.  

Since that correspondence ive heard nothing whatsoever.  Ive sent around 20 to 30 emails directly to k_o_trading@yahoo.com, and also his personal email address which was stephenchong75@hotmail.com.  Ive had no response from either email address.  I sent the emails from multiple email addresses as i thought at first that it may be going to spam.  I also added the stephenchong75@hotmail.com to my messenger in abid to open dialogue through msn messenger, but it wasnt accepted.  

I tried to look up the owner of the website through whois.net but there were no details on there.  I sent the money to the following account:

After scouring the internet for the companies trading address, i found the following address:

K-O Records SDN. BHD

I put both addresses into google maps to see how closely they are from one another, and the drive from the 2nd address to the 1st address is around 11 minutes.

If anyone can help me that would be greatly appreciated, although if I cant find help from anyone regarding this, I would just want to point out that the above company is a scam and shouldnt be trusted.  I wouldnt want anyone to lose any money like I have done.  My partner and I have a new baby on the way and this is the last thing either of us wanted to happen.
