I have known Lois for many years and am aware of times when she has worked with buyers who are having a difficult time getting a kitten adjusted to their new home.  There are some kittens that just do not like their new guardian for no apparent reason.  Sometimes additional time will bring a kitten around to being an in  your face cat and other times the kitten is just not happy.  Lois wants kittens to be in homes where they are happy playful bundles of joy.  I do not understand why MR/MS Pissed did not contact Lois again by phone or email to return the unhappy kitten.  My cat/kitten experience with Lois over a eighteen year period has shown her to be knowledgeable, caring and just in her management based on her contract and extenuating circumstances.  It is a shame that MR/MS Pissed did not seek help but rather chose to harm a reputable Siamese breeder whom they have known thru

the purchase of their other Siamese cats.  

I really question the validity of your complaint if you won't reveal your identity and have made no effort with Lois to rectify your alleged situation.

Lois has helped me in many different ways with the two kittens I purchased from her several years ago.  I found her cattery to be immaculately clean and full of well cared for kittens.  They are interactive and I was stunned at how healthy they all looked.

Why don't you step up and contact her as she suggests?  Why don't you do the right thing and retract this report?  At this point I am worried about the kitten.

I have four of Lois Koblizek's cats presently.  I got two of them as kittens, two of them as cats.  They are the most loving, social cats I have ever had and I grew up with cats!  I have been to Lois's cattery.  It is quiet, clean, cats are allowed out of cages to play, chase each other, and are totally socialized.  They are with their mothers most of the time.  Other times they play with each other in the cattery.  If you don't want the cat (kitten) you purchased from Lois Koblize, let her know.  She'll take it back and refund your money.  Or else call me and I'll buy the kitten (cat) from you with no questions asked.  I have known Lois for about ten years and she is one of the most ethical people I have ever known.  She is totally honest and stands behind her cats.  Pls. do not post erroneous and dishonest comments about Lois or her cats.  Come forward and let her (or me) know what you want.  Thank you for your consideration. 

Firstly, to file a complaint and not leave your name suggests that you have less than honorable intent and also suggests that your claim is not valid.

I know and am in daily contact with Koblizek Siamese.  Her organization is stellar in the siamese cat world, and she has made major contributions to the breed over generations of time. To file a complaint without giving her an opportunity to respond is simply cowardly.

I own several of her kittens and have referred many colleagues to her organization.

Finally, after reading the content of this website, and the suggested ways for rebuttal, it is very clear that Ripoffreport.com is a rip off.  This website is nothing but a promotional effort for attorneys to start cases at the expense of the business that is being accused.

I am going to personally call the Attorney General for the State of MN and report this website.

My husband and I have not only known Lois for over 10 years, we have been blessed by her friendship and hospitality as well. We have bought kittens from her not only for ourselves, but several of our family members and friends as well. We have never EVER had any complaint about her, how she does business, or her kittens.  She wants only what is the best for her kittens first and formost. The fact that this person who has filed this heinous complaint did NOT sign their name, indicates a coward. Why didn't they maintain contact with Lois??  Anytime a new kitten is brought into a home, a period of adjustment takes place. Lois is very up front about this, some kittens take longer to adjust. The kittens we have gotten from Lois are loving, healthy, and oh so personable. We have absolutely no complaints, and only praise for Lois and her kittens.

I have know Mrs. Koblizek for several years.  I have purchased 2 wonderful siamese from her.  In fact, I flew in to pick up a kitten the fall of 2008 and again the summer of 2009.  She is a wonderful person and even ask me to stay with her a week each time.  She keeps a very clean kennel.  She loves her kittens.  If anyone was dissatisfied with their kitten, she would not hesitate to take the kitten back and refund the price of the kitten. 

Mrs. Koblizek works tirelessly to take care of her cats and kittens.  While I was there summer of 2009, a couple came by to purchase two kittens from her.  She spent allot of time explaining how to take care of the kittens.  Mrs. Koblizek makes her own cat food out of human grade meat.  She explained to the couple exactly how to make the food.  And I could not describe to anyone the joy on her face when she handed those kittens to this happy couple.  She loves making people happy, and as all Siamese owners can tell you, these are very wonderful and special cats. Mrs. Koblizek is a very wonderful person and kind person.  I was impressed with her dedication and love for her cats and kittens.  She has been raising Siamese kittens for over 30 years.  Her kennel is a small kennel and she takes great care of both her cats and kittens.  I cannot imagine anyone complaining about her.  If someone was dissatified with their kitten, she would not hesitate to take the kitten back and refund the money.  My two Siamese are the most loving cats that I have ever owned.  And I have owned Siamese for the past 50 years.  I would not hesitate to buy another Siamese from her.   

I never saw her mishandle a kitten and cannot believe she would. The person who complained about Mrs. Koblizek did not bother to sign their name.  That says a great deal about the person who filed the complaint.

 If you have a problem with a kitten purchased from me, please return this cat for a full refund.  You did not sign your name so I do not know who you are.  If you do not wish to return the animal, at least call me so we can find a solution to this problem. Let me know what you consider a fair exchange if you do not wish to return the cat. 

I do not want dissatisfied customers and am willing to work for a solution.  Kittens are usually frightened when they are first taken home but once they are integrated into their new situation they become loving pets.  If this doesn't happen after a reasonable time I need to be contacted, the kitten should be returned for a refund or a replacement.  In this circumstance, I think you should have a full refund.  Please let me hear from you.  I only want satisfied customers.
