Koch and Company, Inc. Koch Cabinets Built custom door incorrectly two times! Seneca KS

I ordered a  custom built exterior back door.  This door cost me over $3,000.  It's a red oak door and of high quality in materials.  But the first time they built the door, they built it to swing the wrong way.  This door was ordered through a local contractor here.

They were not the ones that made the mistake, the builders did.  So that door had to be returned and I had to wait another four weeks.  The first door took almost two months to build.  The second door arrived and it came alread installed in the frame.  The problem is that there is too large a gap between the door and the frame.  The gap is very noticeable.  I contacted the company and complained and they did not even respond to several emails that were sent to them.  

The rest of the door is quality, I'm not denying that.  But this gap is ridiculous and no woodworker would say it is acceptable.  They should have at the very least contacted me and offered to make it right.  I had already dealt with one mistake that cost me time, and a whole lot of inconvenience to both me and the installer.  

I personally would not order from Koch Doors ever again!  When you pay $3 grand for one door, you expect it to be right.
