I gave this dude deposit money for a rental he had on Craigslist! We did a walk through and I told him about the obvious issues with the home! The house had not been cleaned yet which would have been understood but he had it up as available now!! All lies! This home had old mildewed curtains up from previous tenant, the carpets looked like death! I mean literally someone soul had to have been on that carpet it was so black and nasty!!! We asked him about cleaning and were told he don’t have the machine to clean it if we could rent one and do it he’ll take 75.00 off the 795 rent, which he said he would not prorate. Which doesn’t make sense!!!

Fast forward we go to the house as he says his guys have completed everything except the grass cutting. We get there and with the front door being open we thought for sure they were there and done!! No one had been to the home every single thing was still the same!! As we’re cleaning the carpet I run water in a bucket for the machine the sink and toilets start boiling and the toilet continents are coming through the sink!! Rat feces every where! Two rat traps and he tell us he had no knowledge of rats!???? And we can’t get a deposit back because he failed to do his part and we want better?? Lol Shiddddddd this landlord here is something serious and we never signed a lease!!!
