I bought a pair of sunglasses recently from Koel. Let me tell you it was the worst experience I have ever had!! Worse then giving birth!! I bought these glases for $295. They broke less then 30 days of having them. I went back to Koel with receipt in hand and the young lady rudely told me "nothing they can do about it". I asked to to speak to the owner and it was Mr. Leo Koel. I explained my story to him and he also told me nothing he can do about it. I told him I only wore these glasses a few times and they just fell apart. After that he started yelling at me, saying I was a liar and threw me out of his store cursing the whole time. (I think it was curing, his english was not the best) so I left. I took these glasses to sun glass hut to see if they could repair them. I was told by a manger and also another employee that these were nothing but cheap knock offs from China that were worth pennies.. They also told me that Mr. Koel just stamped his logo on the side. The manager told me I shouldnt even repair them because frames were so cheap!

This notice must explain that I have initiated a court proceeding in an effort to learn the authors identity and it should provide a case number and name/address of the court so that the author can appear and defend the case if necessary.
THIS WILL ADVISE THAT A PROCESS AGAINST RIPPOFREPORT located in Arizona has been filed in the court of Maripoca County. Furthermore, I am in the process to Obtain a subpoena from an Arizona court, the Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix, which describes the information that I am requesting included but not limited to any and all information regarding the transmitter / speaker of this report.
Pursuant the legal disclaimer from ripoffreport this post will serve as a notice to the speaker to disclose his / their identify in the light of legal proceedings in the court of Phoenix and Palm Beach County where the original static IP address for the speaker is registered.
The First Amendment does not protect defamatory speech. Please note that Leo Koel, the requesting partys cause of action could survive a motion for summary judgment on the elements of the claim not dependent on the identity of the anonymous speaker, and a balance of the parties competing interests favors disclosure due to the actual damage.

Same delinquent writing the same reports. The funny thing of these elements of communication is that any person seeking any kind of revenge may attempt to use these comments to feel some little sense of achievement.
