This is the second time in three years that I have TRIED to renovate a bathroom using Kohler products. BOTH times they have thrown the project far behind schedule by failing to even approximate their advertised delivery time. I'm not talking about a little slippage here, I'm talking about a month of delay beyond the promised shipping date. Do NOT believe what you're told by online sales agents for these clowns. Web sites such as eFaucets and Tubz and Faucetsdirect are only repeating the BAD information they are given by the people at this Wisconsin company. You will NOT get your Kohler purchase as promised. Your project will skid to a halt, and you will wait forever to get the toilet, tub, shower, or sink you paid for.
This is my last jerk-around from these incompetent, unconcerned, arrogant scheisters.
