Kohl's offered 10% Kohl's Dollars toward next purchase we spent approx $600.00 they gave us $60.00

in Kohl's Dollars and a $20.00 cash mail-in rebate. The next week we attempted to purchase approximately $600.00 in additional merchandise and tried to use the $60.00 Kohl Dollars they refused to accept the Kohl's Dollars so we cancelled the purchase we later received a response to our mail-in rebate informing us that they would not honor it either so we are out $80.00. We sent their CEO, Mr. Mansell, a request for help his staff sent us a $25.00 in-store gift card I guess Koh'l fuzzy math/CEO thinks that $25.00 in-store gift card is the same as $80.00 hard promised cash. The Missouri Attorney General is pro-business and has yet to respond. I am a combat service connected 100% disable veteran on a fixed income so $80.00 is important not to throw it away.
