Kohl’s I order three wide leg beach pants on May 26, 2018 and called two didn’t received my pants WI Menomonee Falls

On May 26;2018 I ordered three juniors SO wide-leg Beach pants for my daughter birthday and I received the confirmation that on May 31 I was suppose to received my package I waited the all day it didn’t come I waited on Saturday nothing then Monday afternoon I called I spo to customer service and explain the situation he said just waited it will arrive ok I waited longer than I expected still nothing I called again I spoke to the  a lady I told her to refund my money the pants cost 85.00 and I keep checking my bank statements to see if they put my money and refund it nothing it’s been 58 weeks and nothing they keep my pants and my money. Supposedl, out for delivery May 31 ,2018 9:02 p.m. and  email saying “ Awaiting delivery Scan The delivery status of my items has not been updated as of May 31,2018, 9:02 p.m. We  apologize that it may arrive later than expected. i told customers service about it and didn’t do nothing.
