Kolagensivtrial Refuses to refund $99.95, for product that was returned 5 months ago. I did not order nor do I want the product. Victoria B.C., British Columbia

Kollagenintensivtrial, will not refund my $99.95. If you get a free trial, you have to pay by credit card.
They will not take a check. Then once they have your card #, they start sending you monthy
shipments, which I returned immediately. That was five months ago and they still refuse to refund
to refund the money. They say you have to use their product. The product is of no use for skincare
also I am 80 years old and certainly have no use for their product, which they have received, but will
not refund the price. They say you have to use it.
I will appreciate any help you can give me.
