Koodos Cattery ,Kudos Kodoos Cattery Liar and Seller of Sick Abused Cats Kingston Ontario

I purchased two cats from this breeder last year. I'm in another country and had to accept a certain amount of risk dealing with someone more than 3,000 miles away. Unfortunately there was always an excuse to get more money out of me. She kept bleeding for money knowing I had no choice as she threatened not to send the cats.

After finally receiving the cats they had clearly been abused. It has taken more than 6 months for me to be able to put a hand close to them. I still can't pick them up after 9 months. Not exactly what you want after spending thousands. They had both been shaved and one was bloodied. I can only imagine the kind of life they had with this woman.

Then I find out that one of the cats for my breeding prgram is PKD positive. If you look at her website it goes on and on about being PKD negative. DON'T BELIEVE A WORD OF IT! She gave me every assurance in e-mails and over the phone that the cats were PKD negative. As I was in another country she wouldn't put a contract in place as it would be difficult to enforce. That should have been my first clue that she was lying.

She is wonderful at deflecting blame. She won't accept responsibility for any of her actions and only thinks about money. After trying to get a response from her she finally replied with the following:

''My old contract used to have a PKD guarantee when my cats were only ultrasound tested but now that almost all my cats are from dually ultrasound and DNA tested parents I have removed it'' Why would you remove such a clause after you've had all your cats tested? The only reason I can think of is that she now knows which cats are positive and continues to breed from them.

She clearly has a lot of experience with double talk. When she said all her cats were PKD negative I beleived her. Then when she gets caught she has the above to say. How convenient for her. She's as slippery as a snake. Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this woman. I wish I had listened to my gut instincts yours will be saying the same to you.

Finally her daperting words to me in an e-mail were: ''at this stage when my cattery is all but closed I really could care less''

She is still breeding just another lie to go along with the many others she has spouted.
