KOOLKARZ Installed car alarm as a huge fire hazard wires everywhere rubbing against metal edges, voided my warranty on head unit for vehicle by bypassing the video, and sold me amps to which one burnt up comp Katy Texas

Koolkarz had sold and installed $3800.00 worth of audio equipement for my truck. One of the two amps that where sold burnt up completely. They bypassed my headunit nav system voiding the warranty on the unit. They built a box with insufficient airspace and wired everything with improper or undersized wires. they refused to make anything right and tell lies to the costumer to cover up their mistakes. In addition the installer that put my audio system was a pot head and come to find out was coming to work under the influence of narcotics and has since been fired. For all I know the guy (Chico) was his name was probably under the influence when my truck was done. If I had the extra money I would definetly filed a lawsuit!
