koomal Dass Dass complete Auto service ripping off customers and charging high prices Internet

As an ex employee i can say This company was a complete rippoff, i can remember when there was a BMW on the lift and Komal had no idea what he was doing but he insit he did and continued to try and completly screwd the guys car up, it went out to Foreign Affairs where it got repaired correctly and this is a true fact because i took the mechanic over there to to tell what work was actually done becuase koomal would not tell Forein Affairs what work he has done. Then Koomal required the workers to stay there 8 hours a day and pay us $300 per week.

He then ripped of the rental car company by stealing gas taught the employees and got upset when they started doing so, smh but to top things off now this is gonna tell him who i am, Koomal accused me of stealling a tow truck but he didnt think the finace company had a tracker on the ruck. tisk tisk tisk, so it was hidden then found but he got nothing becuse the finance company got paid everything, Koomal was a real con-artist and a man who could not stand to my face and apologize for trying to put me in jail just so he could get paid!!

I Formally worked for MR Dass and all i see above is true. he does tell his customers one price and do another. Dass Complete never kept good records nor were the ever apologetic so i can honestly say the compnay rebutal above came from an outside source. Mr. Koomal stated his wife never supported him in what he does but she was there 24/7. Koomal was a complete rippoff if you let him and lost good employees and lied on theres. He was a big manipulator if you let him and he tried sleeping with every women comming thre the door. 

Koomal and Inez Dass are complete rip offs they have done it to several people and i've seen it with my own eyes. Perfect example is the BMW that he over charger the pastor and the insurance company o repair when he messed it up and it had to be towed out after five to six month of being on his lift and taken to FOREIGN AFFAIRS after People have brought there cars in to get repaired and a part that cost $175 they would charge them well over $500 to replace, Then they have there employees working 40+ a week paying them $200 to $250 thinking that they would get away with saying there contract employees when they haven't read the rules of contract employment to well. (I'd be so glad to talk to a lawyer because I can prove it )

As the business owner, I have offered to resolve this dispute with you.  You have not used your real information to post on here, nor have you made any attempt to contact me.  You are posting under Budget interprises... if that was real, the spelling would be Budget Enterprises.  I believe you are the gentleman that stole my tow truck which we still have an open police case pending.  If you continue to further slander myself or my business either on this site or through any other media, I will be forced to take legal action.

FIRST ITS NOT KOOMAL OR INEZ TYPING THIS RESPONSE 2ND THE REASON YOU WOULDNT FIND THE INVOICE IS BECAUSE YOUR COMPUTER CRASHED AND KOOMAL WOULDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO RESPOND. KOOMAL OVER CHARGES PEOPLE AND UNDERPAYS HIS EMPLOYEE. (DENNYING IT ON HERE IS EASY BECAUSE WE ARENT IN FRONT OF YOU BUT LETS BRING YOU IN COURT AND PUT YOU UNDER OATH YOU LIE THEN) IF NEED BE I HAVE PROOF OF YOUR RIPOFFS NOW IF ANYONE INS GONNA RESPOND LET IT BE KOOMAL OR INEZ DASS NOT SOMEONE THEY PAY WHO DOESN'T EVEN WORK IN THE SHOP

I recently came across this complaint.  This situation did not seem familiar to me, so I search my records and could not locate an invoice that fit the description of this complaint.  The customer has never contacted me directly to resolve any of these issues.  I have an A rating with the BBB of Palm Beach.  Customer referrals are how I built my business; therefore, I take customer service seriously.

Dass Auto prides itself in providing quality work at the lowest prices possible. To ensure that every client knows exactly what the repairs will cost them, we adhere to a strict policy of informing a client by phone of exactly what the repairs will cost, if the client accepts, we then have them sign the estimate and provide us with a down payment.   We would never attempt to collect money for a repair by extortion or force.

I feel badly that this consumer had a negative experience with my company, but he is still welcomed to contact me and see if we can resolve the situation.
