I found the vehicle I wanted on their website.  Price was good, test drove well.  However, when I took to my mechanic, he found a few minor things wrong with it, which salesman guaranteed he would repair.  I told him from the beginning I would not buy the car if it had anything wrong with it.  When it got to contract signing however, those things were not taken care of, and I was charged an addition $995 in "Dealer Options."  What kind of options can there be on a used car???  No one could explain that ripoff to me.  I continued to try to get salesman to make repairs (a/c has a leak, transmission needs flushed, timing belt needs changed, 6 disk cd player does not work).  Got tired of hassling samesman, tried talking to the used car manager, but he would not speak to me.  Oddly, a friend of mine happened to go buy a car from the sale salesman and had a big issue with the price *after all the paperwork was signed, they told her the price was wrong and she owed $3K more) and got in touch with the general manager.  She put me in touch with him.  GM told me to bring car in and he would make repairs.  I went out of my way to drop off the car, only to find out that he would not take care of any of the repairs.  Went back to get car and GM told me I could trade car back in or he would give me $1,000 back.  I said I would take the $1,000 back as they did not have any trades I was interested in.  The $1,000 won't cover the cost of the repairs, but would be some help.  I have been battling this with them since January and still seen nothing, despite reports to the Better Business Buereau and multiple calls/emails to salesman and GM.  This place gives used car dealers the bad name that they have.
