I called this idiot about contesting a will. He called the lawyer handleing it. A friend of his no dought
He called me back a few houres latter. You would have thought he was working for the other side.

He had his friend send him a copy of the will in question(or so he said) It names a convicted fellon has executor.  This is not LEGAL!   The will was never recorded by his buddy because of this.
Yet this same will was taken to the tag and title and used to transfer a parcel into my brothers name long before it was leagaly his.  Avoiding Probate. Any will can be contested no matter what it states.

Many factors can be used. Parkinsons? Alzimers? Strokes? Medication? Sevral motorcycle accidents involing head injuries?  Mr.Korey didn't seem to know this. AFTER 40 YEARS PRACTICING LAW  Practicing! (maybe 1 day he'll get it rite)
Mr. Korey or (kit) has he is called. Sounds kind of girly to me. Anyway, Kit knew exactly what was done and why. This can cause trouble for his friend. By not recording the will in a timley fashtion he is helping to FAKE THE TAG & TITLE OUT  The fla. bar will not like that one bit
Mr. Korey brags all over the net about his school Stetson University. Just like the rest of the world I have never heard of it.  He claims it is one of the oldest and most respected schools in the south east
I did a little research, Stetson's acceptance standards are among the lowest in the contry

Bottom line..   All I have to do is show the tag and title proof of the executors convictions and the tranfer of title will be no good! The title will go back into my fathers name and be sent to probate like the law requires.  This can be done for about $35 alot less then the 10 grand he ask for
STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!!!! HE IS MORE CONCERNED IN PROTECTING HIS FRIENDS THEN SEEING YOU GET A FAIR SHAKE
