Kosters Cash Loans rip off interest rates and loans Las Vegas Nevada

Kosters Cah Loans is a rip of when it comes to borrowing money when you really need it. I took out a loan with them years ago and paid it off right away. I was one of their good custmers so they sent me notices to come back if I need to borrow cash. I needed cash again and decided to tak out a loan for $400.

Well I made my first payment on time and even paid more than the amount that was listed. I made a phone call to see if I could change my payment date becasue my place of employment changed my pay day schedule for the new year. I was told that the only way that I can do this was to pay of what was left on my loan and then take out another loan for the same amount. I could not believe it when I was told this by Maria. I said boy you guys do not work with people at all do you. She said you knew what day you were getting paid on and even signed the contract for agreement. I said I yes I know I did, but I had no idea my place of employment was going to change my pay schedule for the year.

She told me I could come and make a parcel payment but then would still be charged the $10 dollar late fee charge a day. She then told me that her manager Irma would be back in a half hour and she would have her call me back,to see what she could work out for me so I won't be charge the late fee.

I was waiting for a phone call from Irma that evening and never received a phone call. I knew that after waiting for longer than a half an hour that see was not going to call. I knew that what Maria told me on the phone was not true, she just said this to make me feel better and to get an unhappy customer off the phone. However, two days later I get a phone call on my cell but no one leaves a message just hangs up.

I called the number back and it is Sarah at Kosters Cash Loans who was calling to remind me of my payment that is due. I told her that none ever called me back the other night about a problem that I have. Well she was not helpful at all either she gave me the same story about paying off my loan and opening up a new loan with them. She said she would put a note on my account saying that I will be in to make a parcel payment and then pay the rest.

I went in and paid these guys off right way. I knew that there was not a note on my account about making a parcel payment. However, I did not want to deal with them anymore or have them calling me for payments. I would never recommend a friend to Kosters Cash Loans or even take out a loan ever again there. There are however, other loan places in town who will work with you on your payments unlike Kosters. Kosters interest rates are outrageous and anyone could get a better rate in town. They just want to make more money by telling customers to pay off a loan and get another one if they can't make a payment. I just have to say Kosters is a rip off.
