I was solicited by this scammer in the quest to have a business plan written. He comes across as a highly educated business guru that will launch you from concept to financing. He is quick to send out DEMO business plans he supposedly has written and then accentuate his supposed ties to wealthy individuals waiting in the wings chomping at the bit to help you out.

This guy is a pathalogical liar!!!!!!! This is how his SCAM goes. He says send me 10% of your needs(they must be over 300K) and he will asure a line of credit in as little as 30 days. He then forwards official looking documents from a ficticious company called OC Stradegies. These documents claim that Joe Paglia and Lisa Martin use their significant credit power to secure a line of credit. Once the credit line is secured the consumer then is required to pay these clowns 2%. I foolishly sent them 30K and lived in trama for two months, If a line of credit was made available I would then have had to pay them 24K for services. 54K for a 300K line of credit. Not only outragous cost,they think they are going to keep my 30K. The contract he signed says if the line is not secured he will refund all money within 10 days. He has told me so many lies hae can't keep track of them.

Realizing we have been scammed my wife and I flew to California to confront this punk. He convienently told us that our money would be deposited in our account on the day we returned home. Of coarse it wasn't. The first words out of his mouth when I called him after he didn't follow thru was "SUE ME".

I have noticed that he has deleted his "FINANCING" options from his website,atleast this one. DO NOT do business with this sleezebag. He has NO REAL concern for you or anyone else,thinks he is above the law ( doesen't even care cyber crime is at the top of the FBI's focus)
