K&R tree specialist rusty Jenkins owner... worker tyler ... remove 2 trees , trim trees clean gutters springfield ohio

on august 12 2018 a man in a blue pickup knocked on my door asking if i would like an estimate on tree removal... he quoted the price of 800.00 for 2 trees cleaning the gutters and trimming trees. i noticed on their truck  it said lisenced and bonded so i figure i would give it a shot... my husband being disabled was at home when a blue pick up returned with a black silverado... they began cutting down trees and my husband noticed two of them in our garage   they were snooping looking in our windows and my neighbor called saying they were doing drugs on our property... being loud and the guy driving the silverado was yelling loudly very disrepectfull words. my husband went outside and asked them if they had a problem in which tyler said they needed more tools and would return... upon returning tyler said they needed more money . i refused saying the job was not complete... my back yard is open to a alley and i noticed tire marks in the yard where one of them had been driving thru my yard tearing up grass... i called the owner rusty jenkins who was  belligerent on the phone...said they had to get paid all up front before hand and that they dont clean gutters ..tyler then said he would make it right and return the next day to finish the job .

ts now 8/31 and no sign of them. however this company was reported by a neighbor as loading up their pickups from several homes in our neighborhood... police were notified and know jenkins to recieve stolen property, hires felons and is an active drug user. this company is not insured or bonded. nor is it licensed in state of ohio... they ripped me off 800.00 they have ripped several others off ... they are felons who know how to scam the elderly and disabled and i am reporting them to atty general office , WHIO, and to BBB
