KRAFTGUN GOLOVAN LTD Dis-Honest Advertising and Practices, , North Miami Beach FLORIDA

On May 6, 2020 I ordered a KRAFTGUN via the internet with the extended warranty for $268.00 dealing with a rep one on one; due to a medical necessity (blood clots) in the legs the purchase would be helpful if received quickly. The sales rep stated I would receive my tracking numbers within 2 days so I went forward and made the purchase utilizing PayPal. I received my confirmation from both KRAFTGUN / Golovan and PayPal then 13 minutes later I received an Email from Kraftgun informing me the deivery of my KRAFTGUN would be delayed by an additional 70 days.

Now, I needed this for a medical condition 70 plus days renders this piece of equipment useless to me. Therefore, I attempted to cancel the order with both KRAFTGUN / Golovan and PayPal however due to the Pandemic their Customer Service lines were and continue to be closed. I filed a Dispute with PayPal and they Denied my claim with my submitting detailed documentation verifying the scam. KRAFTGUN claims they have refunded me the money via PayPal yet I have yet to see any money from PayPal.
