Kraftgun Delivery time frame North Miami Beach FL

I initially ordered the Kraftgun on 12/13/19, and in the initial email, it stated that I would receive the item in 45-50 days.  I am very patient and considering the online reviews of the product, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.  The company sent autoemails every 10 days to "keep in touch". 

When I emailed them to check on the status, their responses were very vague, and never actually gave me an actual date, using excuses that the item is shipping from China, etc.  In their most recent response, they stated that they would move my order to the "first batch", whatever that means. 

I had told them that if I did not receive a tracking number that I would post a report on Ripoff Report as well as file a complaint with the BBB......so here we are.   Btw, I still haven't received a tracking number.....
