Very Similar Experience here . . . they simply milk clients for monthly payments and delay the matter to ensure maximum gain for themselves. As we found . . . they generally don't prosecute legitimate claims and defenses we (defendants) have. And they defend ineptly, emptily, and without having done their homework.

It is beyond Sad that the Florida Bar allows them to continue this way; mis-representing the downtrodden.

Just as the original poster said, they do not keep one up to date on events and happenings, nor on 'plans' and/or of 'defenses' intended to be 'claimed'. They seldom file anything offensive and/or defend when facts would otherwise enable that tactic. 

They put us into a wait on 2 simple 3 page documents to be tendered, wanting $550.00 monthly; after taking $3,000.00 in 'wait fees' . . . we started objecting to paying more monthly and asked that they wind down getting the 2 simple documents recorded. Their response, 'filing' to be allowed to withdraw from the case stating 'irreconciliable' differences; the differences being that we felt it was unfair to continue to be charged $550.00 monthly while simply in a 'wait' mode. So, dump me in the 11th hour, subjecting us to possible collapse of the 'deal' and/or to future massive new attorney fees. 

Wrong, all Wrong and EVERYONE should just go to another REAL Attorney/Firm; one that is interesting in actually representing YOU !!!

The truth is that you're probably some SEO dweeb or some friend of the firm's who monitor the firm's online reputation. People deserve to see legitimate reviews on this attorney and his firm. I have seen on yellowpages where others have had the same experience. The firm promises to help, takes your money and does nothing for you in return. That's the TRUTH. Go somewhere with experienced attorneys who have an ounce of conscience instead of stealing people's money without doing any work.
