Krasa anti-aging skin cream Took money out of account even after I sent their product back unused and before trial period ended St. Petersburg Florida

This company is definitely a rip-off company and need to be stopped. I never even used the product and called them after I received it in the mail, after thinking that the order never went through because I didn"t click on ok to process. I called company and got RMA # to return their product went to post office paid $4.18 with tracking to send this back way before trial was over. I know they did receive it, unused same box they mailed to me. This was 9/5/2017. And they still took $59.00 out of my account. And I talked to customer service dude claim its nothing he can do, even though they received product unused unopened and probably shipped it out to the next person that fell for their scam. Something need to be done about this company just literally keeping people money
