i purchased kratom from the kratomfrog online store on Aug. 15th, 2016. I never received tracking information that my order was shipped. On 8/20 I received their email claiming their company was reorganizing and I would either get a refund or my order but no tracking info. I have contacted them every day since trying to get my order or refund and they have not responded one time.
I commented on th alleged new companies facebook page (One Stop Herb Shop) and did get a response saying they would look into my order. I never got any email with any info from that inquiry. They subsequently stopped allowing comments on their page. It is now 8/24 and I have no hope of getting my order. i will be contacting my bank for help with the refund. Don't order from any of these people, I lost $81.98!

Your claim of paying back Kevin's ripped off custmers is false! I sent you a copy of my order and asked for my product or a refund and you didn't send either. In fact you responed with ad hominem attacks on me and your former partner. You are a total liar!!!

Kevin Casey was an employee of Kratom Frog, a partnership between himself and Joe Curendero. Around mid-August Kevin began scamming customers and changed all the admin passwords. Joe decided to take all 500+ customers with, compensate the ones who were scammed out of his own pocket, and then started a BRAND NEW website called OneStopHerbShop.com with a new partner named Jay. So remember, when you hear Kratom Frog was a scam, just think about a bad employee at Walmart or Starbucks: Are you going to let one terrible customer ruin the great reputation of an excellent company? Thank you.
