If customers spend over $49 they guarantee next day shipping. A week later the product never arrived. Multiple emails and phone calls never returned. It was only when I hid my CID number that I could get a live person that claimed ignorance as to what was going on. Shipping label was created but the item was never sent. One of the phone calls they claimed they couldn't find my order number.
Person on the phone gave me every excuse as to why they couldn't issue a refund. So, they have my money and kept it without sending what I ordered. I should have done better research but I found them on reddit where people had claimed good luck. Now, I am concerned that if they do send it, it will be tainted in some way because I raised such a fuss over it. It was a small amount of money to some people, but I work just like anybody else. I don't like my money stolen from me.

The company contacted me and has since made good on the oversight. I am satisifed with the response and to date have not had any problems with them other than this issue. I am retracting my initial complaint about them.
