this company is nothing but a scam!
Nava (the israeli owner) and her husband Jacob (his real name is havi kreimer) will be super nice to you at first just to sell you an air conditioning unit and than after you fall into the trap and pay, you will reveal the real face of her.... she will be the rudest person on earth and will hang the phone on you each time you will call to find out why no one came over your place to fix the unit that doesnt work.
it has been several months now that i have been trying to get my money now due to the fact that the AC unit that they installed at my house doesnt work and my money is gone too!
a small research about them, allow me to find their real address and phone numbers:

i'm writing this report because there was no other way for me to express my bad feeling of being scammed by anyone. at the end i had to bring someone professional to try and fix the unit. it cost my double but i know that finally my air conditioning unit will work as it should.
i hope that my report will save others all the nightmares that i went thru with this people!

This person was never our customer. Idan Mimram is a free lancer who did the advertisement online, computer repair, software installation and maintained the computer for my company. We post on September 5,2014 a report on ripoff about him so he can not cheat any other companies see this link ripoffreport.com/r/edan-/calabasas-california-91302/idan-mimran-the-posting-general-he-will-steal-from-you-do-not-give-him-a-penny-bewa-1174679
In return he created a fake account under a fake name claiming he is my customer. You can see our reviews in other pages like Better Business Bureau BBB A+, google reviews, angies list reviews, yelp and in the 26 years we've been in business we've never had a complain before. unfortunately we contacted ripoff report but their policy does not investigate or they charge $2,000 for arbitration.
