Matthew Krimm of Krimm Financial Services, LLC and American Financial Services, LLC and Adam Duso of Kairos Capital LLC and Donald Todrin of Second Wind Consultants have worked together to scam investors out of principal and returns owed. Krimm set up promissory notes, defaulted on them, then goes to Duso and Todrin to "renegotiate the terms" so he doesn't have to pay the full amount back.
They (all 3 of them) state they are trying to work out a full repayment of the money lent. However the documents show a shortage. The documents sent to me reference the wrong persons to payback and the doesn't match the original Promissory Note. Also, the 3 of them will dodge questions on the new LLC that is paying these renegotiated terms and the capability of the new LLC to make payments.
Adam Duso and Matthew Krimm have now dodged all communication. They are not responding to emails or phone calls. They have cause a great deal of damage and will continue to do so until everyone knows to steer clear of these companies and people individually.

After 2 months of going back and forth with ADAM DUSO of Second Wind Consultants and Kairos Capital, they sent new docs and made another attempt to get something in writing to pay me back. Then when I questioned the language of the document which made a piss poor attempt to reference the parties involved and the amounts owed, Adam Duso and Matt Krimm go missing again. They are working a great con- take peoples money then pay nothing. As you are reading you may be saying, "why didn't you sign the new docs, obviously the investors that did are getting their payments as set forth in the new docs?" Well, you would be wrong. I have heard directly from the other investors that have signed the documents and expected payments back in June. They have not received anything at all, it is now, September..... Also, Adam Duso said on the phone that June they would make their 1st disbursement in June. Also confirmed that he had made a disbursement in June and we setting up for their seond disbursement in July. I haven't heard anything from him in 2 months, won't return calls or emails....
Also, in the failing negotiations, ADAM DUSO of Second Wind Consultants and Kairos Capital, wanted me to post a long paragraph narrative on how everything was going swimmingly in our talks and said when I post the language back to this site they would satrt making payments. A form of black mail and extortion, that is all to well documented via email. They keep saying the return is coming, but when its time for action BOTH Kairos Capital and Second Wind Consultants duck and run.
Thirdly, after consulting with a collections attorney, the actual Article 9 sale they said removed all capacity for investors to be paid back was done illegally. All 3 entities (Krimm Financial Services, Kairos Capital, Second wind Consultants) are suspect and should not be trusted as they are bending the law to fit their world and are just waiting for someone to call them out on it.
