krintertrade.com Deceptive sales, No response, Internet

We purchased four pairs of sun sunglasses that we thought were Ray-Ban on November 13, 2014. Tracking number LN478809255CN. We contacted them shortly there upon receiving and told tyhem that one pair was scratched. Someone named Tony emailed me back and asked if I would pay for the shipping he would send out a new pair, following that email proceeded four other emails from a "Tony" and they have never yet to responded. Then we actually received an email below:

Dear  Steve.

Thank you for your support on our website!

Anything I can help you? 

Anything please just feel free to contact us!

Your faithfully,

Is she serious, "anything I could help you with" after 4 emails. and still radio silent. However, I did respond and told her the same thing I have been writing all along. Ironically all I ask is that they keep their promise and send me a new pair and I would pay the shipping. It is now seven months later and I have sent them five emails and still no response.
