I ordered several items for my daughter's second birthday party (invitations, labels for bubbles and candy, etc) from Sweet-N-Sassy Ink.com on 6/10/08 (order #-will provide if needed). My PayPal was billed $65.12 when I approved the proofs a few days later. Then I received no shipment, and have tried to contact Kristen Amodio (owner) by email, phone, and certified letter since then with no response. I did send her a certified letter in November 08 and have a copy of her signature that she received the letter. I opened a dispute with PayPal and the ruling was in my favor, but they said she did not have funds in her account for them to refund me. Here is that info from that: Complaint Case # (will provide if needed) We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any fundsfrom the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recoveryof funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.
