Kristjan T Ragnarsson Dr Ragarsson MEDICARE FRAUD and RACKETEERING New York, New York

Kristjan Ragnarsson is the Chairman of Rehab Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. Ragnarsson is a disgrace to the specialty as he routinely extorts large sums of monies from the Medicare Trust fund. In one instance he hired a doctor for the residency training program and failed to train said resident.

Ragnarsson embezzled over 100,000 dollars per each year for said medical resident failing to train the resident and instead terminating him after 2 years 6 months in the program. In another instance Ragnarsson hired several Chinese nationals sponsoring their visas in exchange for kickbacks from their immigration attorneys.

Howard Rusk would be turning in his grave knowing what a fraud Ragnarsson is. Ragnarsson and his cohort Gordon write for fake grants from the NIH program further extorting more monies from the US Government. This is all done while Ragnarsson secretes the assets to his native Iceland.
