Duane called my business and asked quite a few questions, he then waited a month or so then called back asking a few more, another month he stops by and signs up for my service.

 We over delivered on what he contracted us to do then he called his credit card company and claimed it was an unauthorized charge. Fortunately for me I had his signature on a credit card authorization form so I was able to win the dispute. I believe that doing the chargeback was his intention all along. He would have gotten the services for free and we would have been left holding the bag. I recieved an email from him just a couple of days before he did the chargeback about doing more work for him.

 He of course never responded to my emails and calls after I got the chargeback notice. So if he is telling you how he will send you lots of referrals etc... beware he might be about to scam you.
