Krowdster company won't allow you to terminate services Internet

I am sorry that there have obviously been a few misunderstandings that compelled you to post a report here.

Let me clarify:

1.) Our service is charged per month, not annually. This is clearly indicated on the plans page and on the actual payment page https://www.krowdster.co/plans 

2.) I am sorry that no one got back to you within 20 minutes. It was a Saturday afternoon and we are not fully staffed on weekends.

3.) We get back to all voicemails that contain a username unless there is also a support ticket in which case we continue the conversation via the ticket system. In your case there was already a ticket so no call back was made.

4.) We are not affiliated with Kickstarter so there is no possiblity that you have set up your Krowdster account via Kickstater. Your Krowdster username is the emai address you used to sign up.
