Krowdster refusing refund Internet

Krowdster client policy is as useless as the platform. The site takes advantage of companies trying to promote their products or crowd funding campaigns. It's worthless. 

Regardless that they argue in their copy that they can provide you with early adopters (the backers' directory), those e-mail addresses gathered from Krowdster are b*****t. Those people are tired of receiving messages from thousands of people trying to sell a product and even threatened to sue the company.  Additionally, their deceptive way of handling the billing is outrageous.  

I have tried for three days in a row to get in contact with the customer support and have them understand that I'm not interested in keeping my subscription and that I want my money back and she keeps throwing me the same answer over and over again.

The initial fee is pricey as it is, but then, the next month I was charged you 249.00 extra dollars? For what? It's evident they are doing it rip people off. 

When talking with the customer support, they always mention "the contract that you sign". The company purposely tricks people into this and has their employees send this response.
