Krowdster website offers a very low quality backer directory in addition to very poor social media and PR marketing.

They have terms of no refund which they claim they cover in the "User agreement" terms, however, they wrote these terms with typos that makes this point completely unclear. I was charged for the second month for no apparent reason.

When I faced them with this mistake, they didn't reply to me and that is it.

Does anyone know how can I get my money back??

Advice, never use it, we tried every possible way in crowdfunding platforms and krowdster isn't they on of the good ones.
