Krystal Cancun/Global Resort Connections Krystal International Vacation Club, GRC FRAUD! SCAM! RIPOFF! We were SWINDLED!! Cancun, Mexico

#1 My husband and I are both college-educated and we still fell for this. BEWARE!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS!!!  Our story is almost identical and word-for-word as "Rachit" from San Jose, CA. (Report #1214266). As I was reading it, my stomach tied up in knots because it's like he was there when we went through it! Our fiasco happened on our trip to Cancun to celebrate our son's graduation, June 2014. We were promised $7,000/mo in rental returns that would more than cover our initial investment. These companies have been very efficient at taking our money, but we have not seen one cent. I called GRC every other month to check the status of our rentals and got a different story every time. I called again yesterday and was told that they are now under new management so everything will be better. I just need to pay the $34.99 renewal fee to get the units back on the market for rent. BACK on the market??? Yep....they haven't been trying to rent our units for the last 18 months. Our next step is to find an attorney. Not sure what can be done since the place operates out of Mexico. GRC is somewhere in the states, so hoping that makes a difference. We're also going to see if we can unload this horrible mistake and just write it off as a very, very bad and costly experience!!
