K&S and Melody Mart of Homewood Illinois are complete ripoff's. Melody Mart was referred by teacher at my child's school to provide instrument rental. All went fine until the relationship ended with the teacher and school. Melody Mart no longer provided the services we as parents needed. Parent's main concern were service and pick-up of rented equipment from the school if needed for service. We signed a contract for rental, but didn't obtain services needed. Now K&S wants us to pay for instrument we've returned to the store, and won't give us credit for return. Melody Mart has took a back seat approach and won't help resolve the issue. These peoples business practices are deplorable and unethical. I'm getting all authorities involved with this matter, but BUYER BEWARE!!!!
