Does Kara Tolpolsky have anything to prove she didn't steal from all these people filing complaints? All she says is "Roger" or "You have no leagal backing" "Here is this guys record" and putting up fake links she think will throw off the story about her. She evern called my phone saying I was a white n****r. This woman doesn't show any proof at all. Just back and fourth making people believe all the complaints are from ROGER. Medication? I'm sure coke is her choice of drug seeing Kara Topolsky was in jail for drugs

Kara Topolsky puts up lies about her clients that find out she is a fraud. Look at the link she put up. It goes to zip. Nothing. She believes people will just see the link and not go on it. But she doesn't realize that this is about her no her clients she robbed. Such a fool this woman is. Just google Florida Depatment of Corrections and you will see there is no Roger Fischer there as well

You know me and yet are trying to stay behind the scenes.  You dont know me.  Yet another roger post.  

I know this woman and personally never liked her. I looked her up and saw all the negative things about her. It was no supprise. As you can see she tries to discredit the consumer with her ingnorance about an ex client being in jail or prison and commenting she never was hired by these people. I'm sure she knew this before she was hired by him. Everyone should get together and file a fraud charge against her to put her away. Obviously she is not going to stop. This theft is her bread and butter. The consumer should google anyone before they hire them. If you have proof she contacted you and took money even though she paid you back you can prove she has done this to many people and the state will put a warrant on her to bring her in front of a judge crashing her life so she will never do this again.

Contact the local District Attorney's Office and they will let you know what you have to do: Lets put this ignorant woman in prison!

And to note: I checked the link she put up about this guy she stole from and there is no such name. She made it up

Roger Fischer, a 44-year-old man of Miami, was arrested in Florida according to information retrieved by The Florida Inquirer.

On May 15, 2014, The Florida Inquirer obtained reports from the Florida Department of Corrections that Roger Fischer had been charged. Fischer was detained and later charged for a drug-related offense, according to The Florida Inquirer's analysis of the official report.

The report specified Mr. Fischer as a man, 44 years old, 140 lbs, and 5' 3" tall. The report also indicated Mr. Fischer's date of birth as 08/03/1969. Additional details of the arrest may be available from the Florida Department of Corrections at (850) 488-5021.

Kara said she doesn't need to steal $200....ha, today is June 9th 2014 three weeks now and I haven't recieved my paypal money back yet. She keeps saying she won't fight it so paypal will put the money back on. First of all she knows she won't win. Second why do I have to wait. I told her five times to just end the complaint so paypal will give my money back. Anyone who wants to see all my emails to Kara just email me. Roger Fischer Films. Just look me up. Plus i have done my research and my attorney,she doesn't represent no celeb. The energy drink company said she is not a part of it. Contact them yourself.

This woman lied to me to. She found  me on craigslist and promised me gold. She said she would charge me $1,500 for a kickstarter campaigne and i explained to her i didn't have it. She said to give her $250 now and she would start it. This woman lied about everything. I didn't want to wire money so i told her i would send it paypal but she wouldn't at first till i told her forget out it then she gave me her paypal email. I sent the $250 and after a month i found out she was lying about the magazines companies she said she contacted and the campaigne she said she started. When i asked for a copy of the letters to these places she got angry and called me names and said i was a nobody. I still didn't get my money back as of today

We could sit here and go back and forth all day joseph.   The fact of the matter is, if you had a case, then go to court and file a lawsuit.  But you cant, cause all you can do is make up a fake story, after you scammed us out of money and time.  I too have documentation.  How can someone rip you off when there was nothing to take from the beginning.  Sounds like you have some growing up to do?  Also you have zero credibility, we work with big name celebrities and brands.   I am not responding to your childish postings any further.  

First of all I never went to Haiti in my life so I don’t where did she invent Haiti.

Secondly she has signed a NDA for which she has no respect.

I hired her to create the page to launch the Kickstart campaign to raise only $ 15 K.

Once she got the first part of deposit $ 200 she never responded. Just disappeared.

Finally when I was able to contact her she said she has the launch page ready but cannot upload it.

Yea Right? She never even showed me any sort of page or work she did. Nothing. Zilch.

I texted her asking if she wants to terminate the contract she said YES. The 2^nd portion of $ 200 was only due if she completes the 1^st part.

So I don’t understand where did my scam into place if she never delivered the first portion.

She must be disillusion to ask for $ 200 more when she didn’t do the first part. Does it make sense ?

I have all the emails and text messages in which she refused to deliver the draft of the launch page

Simply by responding that she can’t upload. We never ever talked about the second payment.

I filed the dispute with Pay Pal she never responded so I got my $ 200 back.

But she wasted my time & the time of writers who were waiting for her to launch the kickstart campaign.

I never launched the Kick starter campaign to write the script. So that ends there.

If you are planning to hire her. Don’t give any advance until she performs.

This client paid half amount to start project and when the project was completed and ready to launch, refused to pay the other half.   He in fact scammed us, into completing the project and then refusing to pay the other half of the amount.   Upon further investigation lied about being held captive by the hatian government and made up a fake so called true story, to sell a screenplay and raise funding, that would have likely gone to pay personal bills, instead of the actual project.   Our celebrity representation of clients and our two major beverage contracts in The US speaks for itself.  We dont need to scam someone out of $200 dollars.
