KST Systems Inc Michael Lee Defaulted on payments. Does not return phone calls. Does not answer email. Likely con artists. Las Vegas, Nevada

KST Systems Inc apparently operates under the guise of a legitimate business.  They provided a credit application with select references with whom they maintain a good payment history.  They then proceeded to order over $1,200 worth of equipment from us on a limited credit line we provided them, and then never paid for the equipment.

The company does not maintain a legitimate contact telephone number.  All calls goes directly to an answering service.  The answering service has stated that KST Systems Inc does not answer any calls themselves, and that the agency transcribes all calls to email.

We have attempted to contact KST Systems Inc numerous times and have only ever received the following single response:

As of this date, over a month later, KST has not paid us for invoices that were due three months ago, does not reply to email, and never returns phone calls.

Karina Diaz is listed the owner of the company at Manta.com and Hoovers.com. She is also listed as the person who registered the domain name kst-inc.com.  We have left numerous messages for this person at the email address of sirena850@yahoo.com and phone number (909) 859-9656 (as listed in the domain registration record) without a response or returned call.

We also contacted Postnet Postal & Business Services at 324 S Diamond Bar Blvd in Diamond Bar, CA 91765-1607 at (909) 860-1490, as that address is listed in the domain registration record.  That company informed us that mailbox 518 (listed in the domain registration record for www.kst-inc.com ) is inactive.
