Kumar Construction Ramanand Dwarkanauth Abandonment of the Project Stafford Texas

This contractor has abandoned the project, currently I have payed over 80% of the total project and the contactor has only performed 30 to 40% of the project. He does not supervise the project, he has two of his guys come for 1-3 hours a day and they do not even have the tools, materials/supplies, or skillset to compete the project. He constantly lies saying he will be bringing materials or coming to do work only to never show up.

The contact was signed to be completed in 3 weeks and the project started on Nov 23rd. A formal complaint was sent to him on 1/15/16 to complete the project on 1/29/16. He did not complete the project and another letter was sent on 1/29/15 giving him 10 business days notice that the project must be completed by 2/12/16 otherwise the contact will be terminated due to contractor breach of contract.

The contractor has also performed substandard work as there is pooling of water in the upstairs veranda, electrical work performed by non licensed worker, and poor workmanship performed on the summer kitchen.  Stay away from the contractor, he has used the company names Sound SHore LLC and now Kumar Construction, he may use another company name when dealing with you.  Save yourself the hassle, this guy will work up to a point where he can get ahold of your money and then he will dissapear.
