Kurt and his other two lawyers failed miserably in withholding KEY evidence that could have prevented me from becoming arrested and could have prevented this case from going beyond the first day. They failed TERRBILY in not presenting the evidence to the JUDGE in Marysville,WA the very first day the TAPE RECORDINGS that Clearly showed me speaking with Joe DAVID and not AMY DAVID in case # U16-94. Furthermore, HOLLI GIFFIN WSBA #35015 had a chance to do the same in a court proceeding to SQUASH the PERMANENT Protection Order as well as Kevin Beals WSBA #49619. It was only until I wrote four fifteen page briefs and then SUBMITTED THE TAPE RECORDINGS IN COURT to JUDGE TAM BUI who issued the Permanent Protection order, and DID end up MODIFYING the PERMANENT PROTECTION ORDER TO a 6 MONTH Order expiring THANKS to some GREAT attorney PRO SE Work done on my behalf. She then asked me a VERY SERIOUS question. She asked me, " Dion why was this evidence not presented to me the first time." I said to her, "Your Honor that is a very good question." I said to her, "Your Honor this is why I am never going to let a lawyer speak on my behalf again in court." I thanked Judge Tam Bui In fact I listened to the court proceedings that Holli went to and she was SO BAD that the brief and all the statutes that she had in hand for the proceeding to squash a permanent protection order were never even argued at the proceeding.

All three of these attorneys need to be reprimanded please for NOT SUBMITTING EVIDENCE and costing me a significant amount of money which I will be filing a law suit against all 3 to recoup my money. If all THREE of these attorneys would have presented the TAPE RECORDINGS in the first place to the Prosecutor this would have NEVER HAPPENED!!! Why none of them never did is beyond me. They withheld KEY EVIDENCE that obviously WAS SUBSTANTIAL in the Eyes of the court to MODIFY a permanent protection order that many attorneys said could not be done. HOWEVER I DID IT! I did it through hard word and perseverance of NOT GIVING UP!
